Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive the item to return it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Your items must be in their original packaging.
Your item must contain a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
All digital products are non-refundable.
All subscriptions, as they include products, advice and digital services, are also non-refundable.
For physical products, when we receive your item, we will check and let you know that we have received your returned item.
We will let you know the refund status once the item has been inspected.
If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your credit card (or original payment method).
Depending on your card issuer's policy, you will receive a refund within a certain number of days.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
